Repair Protocol

BPC-157

Body Protection Compound-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a protein found naturally in gastric juice. It is one of the most studied repair peptides in veterinary and academic research, with documented effects on tendon healing, gut lining integrity, and systemic tissue regeneration.

How it works.

BPC-157 upregulates growth hormone receptors on tendon fibroblasts and promotes VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) production, driving angiogenesis at injury sites. This creates new blood vessel formation directly in damaged tissue — accelerating the repair process from the inside out.

In the gastrointestinal tract, BPC-157 protects tight junction proteins and stimulates the production of protective mucus, making it one of the few peptides with documented efficacy for gut lining restoration. It counteracts damage caused by NSAIDs, toxins, and chronic inflammation.

Systemically, BPC-157 activates the NO-system (nitric oxide pathway) and modulates dopamine and serotonin activity in the central nervous system, producing secondary effects on mood, mobility, and pain response.
