Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Peptail ships within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
Peptail is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or address errors provided by the customer. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have been shipped, except in the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product (different compound or size than what you ordered)
- The product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
If either of these applies, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@peptail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for products that are improperly stored, reconstituted, or handled after delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if the request is received before the order has shipped. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at hello@peptail.com if you need to cancel.
